I loved how Gibbs started to look at things through Tony's eyes. How he liked the idea that Tony took responsibility for his own actions when he was wrong unlike some other men. Please Gibbs, if you were really at things from Tony's eyes you would been forced to admit that He and the rest of his team were those other men that refused to take responsibility for their own actions. And Gibbs is one of the worse.

I do hope that you will finish this story. It started out so great. Only this time please don't allow Tony to be so forgiving. As he said he has plenty of job offers and he deserves better than taking all the crap not just from Gibbs, but also Vance, Tim and Ziva. Even Abby and Ducky have not been all that innocent over the years with their treatment of Tony. Ducky's cruel and hateful jokes about Tony with Gibbs behind his back. I mean really comparing Tony to a serical killer and calling him Narssistic when in fact Gibbs, Abby, Tim and Ziva are far more narssistic that Tony has ever shown to be. I mean Gibbs makes Tony beg for even a good job or atta boy out of him while he heaps praise on Abby, Ziva and Tim. And really, it will take Tony leaving before Vance ever opens his eyes to the faults of his golden boy and his best buds daugher. I don't think even then Tim and Ziva are smart enough to see what Tony brought to the team as they are so wrapped up in their own over inflated ego's. People forget that Gibbs teams closure rate is still the same as when it was just Gibbs and Tony, so I have been trying to figure out just what Kate, Ziva and Tim really brought to the job. Tim , I can see brought his computer skills but the other two, nothing. Kate couldn't read a person to save her life and Ziva, if things don'g go her way she resorts to violence. Not something you want in an agent or a cop. Besides, even Gibbs has a habit of mellowing out without a female on his team and being to busy to spend a lot of time with Abby. Abby may be good at her job, but when it comes to Gibbs, just like Kate was and Ziva was they are all toxic to the team and cause problems that would not be there without them. Bishop has a totally different personality than any of the past women or Abby and you can see it with how the team works together. Gibbs is still a B, but not nearly as much. Tony acts more mature more often and if you saw Tony on NCIS New Orleans it was looking at a totally different Tony, more mature and professional but with a bit of the old Tony still there to help ease the tension of the job.
