The story was engaging. I do wish in some of your works I've not read yet, you will tell more of Altair, I know his is arrogant, but , I find him fearless, and most of all, dangerous. And true to the wellbeing of the brotherhood.

Wow, I read this piece 7 years ago and came back once more to reread it. I still enjoy it. What really makes this story stand out is the overall mood and the way you describe the setting as well as the amazing dialogue. I guess it is really hard to write dialogue that sounds historic, but also features the sort of wit that people are accustomed to. This story really balances this well while keeping the characters in character. I'm curious to see your more recent works. I'm really happy to see that you have written more storys during those 7 years. :)

This was a really good buddy story for Malik and Altair. I could had seen this being part of the Cannon

This was really lovely. I'm not used to getting stories from Malik's point of view, so that was a nice change. Even more important, I got to have that familiarly frustrating experience of constantly wondering what's going on behind Altair's calm, arrogant front. The interaction between them was entertaining, but at the same time completely realistic. I loved that Altair has sort of... transcended following the Master, while at the same time he remains loyal to the brotherhood itself; completely understandable, in light of what he went through.

Anyway. Main point: sequel please. ;)

Your stories have a greater sense of realism (and intrigue for that matter) because you delve into historical events. Malik and Altair are also written really well. I love their interactions, they stay true to the character.

This has got to be the friggin' best Assassin's Creed story. Ever. Hands down. You should SO do a sequel. Please. Pretty please? Lol but sometimes you made it seem that Malik had two arms. Just saying. Anyway, great story definitely write more plz. So much detail...3

This is fascinating. I like that all is not hunky-dory after al Mualim's defeat, and that Altair doesn't even lead the Order. Making Nesr a poor second to al Mualim, and making him distrust the Syrian assassins, especially those close to his predecesor was an interesting choice.

I like how unflappable Altair is. It's as though the defeat of his mentor and the Eden piece has made him... distant. Or driven. Or something. Earthly problems just don't bother him anymore. Of course he's still arrogant, though. :)

I enjoy the interaction between Altair and Malik. I also like how Malik sometimes has to struggle to cope with his disability (but can still kick ass!).

Lastly, I really liked the description of all the preparation they had to take so they could assassinate Conrad. Obviously they have to spend a lot of time and energy getting ready for action; I'm glad that we got to get a glimpse of it. Moving the ladders around was very clever!

I like this. It is definitely well researched and executed perfectly. I can see this as a little add-on mission within the game and I'm glad you did not make either Malik or Altair leaders of the Assassins of Masayf. Great job and excellent writing quality!

This was beautifully written! Well, let me be honest: this was the most beautifully written Assassin's Creed piece I have encountered, and on top of that it was well researched. You capture Malik's and Altair's voices and relationship perfectly, and you set up a very interesting premise for a follow-up to the game.

This is the only AC story I've faved so far. I'm going to check your list of stories now, in hopes you've written more. :)

Wow, this is amazing. I'm surprised it's over already. I really liked your descriptions of the locations and action. It really added a vitality and life to what could have been very bland descriptions of the game. The assassination and subsequent chase was heart pounding and the setting felt true. I wish there was more to read because this really brought out more of the Assassin's Creed feel that I enjoyed from the game while adding in a lot of new ideas. Thanx for writing. I love it!
