Oh wow, that's just beautiful. I love the way you've written Harry's thoughts. I love this as just a moment in time, it's so lovely. Almost peaceful, with a little bit of bittersweet on the ending. My favourite line of the whole thing has to be "You’re always there in my nightmares with me", it's just such a perfect description of real love. It's easy to be a friend when things are dreamy, but to be there in nightmares too...

Tiny tiny nit-pick: After Hermione says “She was better than I was this year, I’m afraid” there's a 'her' at the end of the paragraph where there should be a 'you'.

The description in this piece is fantastic, and the conversation is great too. Well, let's be honest, the whole thing is just wonderful :) I hate trying to review brilliant stories like this because there's nothing I can say that will make you understand how much I love this, I just throw around adjectives. Let's just say it's amazing, you're amazing, thank you for writing it. I loved it.

I use that all the time! "I would if I could but I can't so I won't." I have a friend who argues that it should be "I would if I could but I can't so I shan't" because that way it would rhyme.
