Chapter 2! Yay! And just when my not-so-inner literature nerd is on a rampage . . . RAWR. XD

Let's start with constructive criticism! First of all, this line: "The two had been casting stolen glances at each other for days, but neither of them had seemed to notice." It's a little confusing. I mean, how can they be casting glances but not notice? It makes sense after I read it once or twice, but you might want to just make it a little more clear that they didn't notice OTHERS noticing. It's not terrible, a little confusing. Secondly, I don't get why Noah would chose to do the kissing scene. It's not bad, per say, but it might just be best to somehow explain in the next chapter (I don't know) that say, he wasn't actually planning to carry it through, and that Courtney was overreacting. Maybe Courtney should confront him?

However, this chapter was still positively adorable! You really have a way with dialogue; it flows really well, and I can feel the emotion in what they say so easily. I also love how you interpret the play and can apply it to what's going on. "He jests at scars that never felt a wound" - that's a really impressive way for Noah to say that it's okay, and that it didn't hurt that much. I am in awe.

I can't wait until Chapter 3!
