I came here fully aware that this wasn't finished, I came here knowing that starting reading a new fic at 01:00am on a Sunday was a bad idea, I came here, saw that the last update was like 8-9 years ago & still decided to submit myself to the hollowness I was surely going to experience, now I feel a little week & in a big need of a drink and a cigarette... Why? Because this fic is motherf*-ing amazing & I need more but I can't have more & I'll probably be dead before you came back to finish this & I know I'm being overly dramatic & super extra about this but I can't smoke, real life is very stressful already and I just want to know what happens next but I also want Arnold to suffer even if it means killing Helga because I was so close to ugly crying with all that "blue eyes didn't say goodbye & he didn't notice" sh*t (that I'm 100% sure I didn't quoted right) & I want him to get his parents back & then see the life left those blue eyes so he can be even more dead inside than ever before & realize that she was everything or some sappy romantic bullcrap or maybe Helga gets to fall in love with someone else in the process I don't know I know he didn't ask for Helga's love & dramatic feelings of indebt but I want him to feel for her at least a tiny fraction of what she feels for him & I like to think that he got jealous for a millisecond when Wolfgang pretended to want to kiss her.
I'm sorry I rambled that much I just loved your fic with all my heart & hope you get to finish it & that I get to read it, believe me, I would pay for it to happen if I had a job or money

glad to have refound this story. Really enjoying the twists and turns. I especially like the advice given to Helga. I think it's very realistic that they would question her motives and think it best for her not to get involved. Looking forward to the next update.

This story is incredible and has so much potential to be an amazing tale. PLEASE COME BACK TO WRITING IT! It will easily become one of the best HA fics out there but you need to finish it for that to happen! PLEASE DONT LEAVE US HANGING! This is truly excellent!
