Wow... How can Anakin ever recover? Or can he?

I really liked the contrast between reality and nightmare.

A very loaded question.

It's interesting how many cultures have stories/tales warning children about the dangers of wandering away from the camp/settlement. Some were warnings about animals and at least the Inuit (or a group of people that lived near the ice) used stories about creatures that lived under the ice waiting to drag children through the cracks in the ice. In truth the children would fall through the croaks and either die in the water or sucome(sp?) to the elements.

Well dang Anakin, this is just not your day now is it? This flick was very interesting, from the start of it where your powerful verbs add to the hopelessness Anakin feels. No hope, indeed. It is a different way of seeing him during that scene in Episode III, not drowned by anger and power, but desperate for an absolution of love because he thinks he is unworthy. Genius, emotionally traumatizing, but genius all the same.
I will admit that this story seemed a bit fragmented, but that only heightened how Anakin feels during the whole escapade. Obi-wan's appearances reminded me painfully of Episode III and how close they were before. How could Ani believe that Obi-wan no longer loved him? The fidelity of the Jedi Master is unparalleled, but he doesn't show it much.
I assume that this wasn't supposed to be quite the end, but it was a well written story all the same! Keep writing!

Hi! This story is very interesting, please continue! I wonder what entity is the one in charge and what is actually going on. Plus, how is Anakin to redeem himself now, without the force and his senses.
Good job on building the story gradation! Please, update when you get to it.

It seems so real. This is so much more real than most of the Ani angst out there. You channel the questions of a lost person. Also, I love the repeating refrain of 'How can the fallen be saved, those who have done evil? How can those lost in the darkness be saved? Who would save those who have done evil and are no longer innocent?'

About the third paragraph break from the top, you wrote, 'He struggles harder and manages to his Obi-Wan in the face.' I believe you meant 'hit'. :)

Aww. The feels. Again, it's so cool you're actually bringing God into this godless story.

This is so much emotion Anakin is going did he not listen to the voice of would have been did an excellent job of addressing Anakins inner turmoil and demons.
