What I love ost about this wonderfuul fic of yours is that the letters also tell stories, very real ones. And this piece has the perfect ending, too!

Grat stories and glad I found this. Love chapter 25 about Susan I always thought she got back to Aslan country and this with Father Christmas was just grest.

Okay, all done. Wow. I teared up and started bawling at Frank's letter to Nellie. Father Christmas's was lovely, too, but Frank's was my absolute favorite of all. Thank you for these lovely bits of Christmas spirit in November, and now I think I shall go play Christmas music. Merry Christmas!

Okay, I have to review now before I forget which ones I like. Really, they're all wonderul, but I especially liked Digory to Polly, Jill to Polly, Lucy to Redtail, Mrs. Beaver to Mr. Beaver, and I burst out laughing at Eustace's thank-you note. That is all, and I shall resume reading now.

Aw, that /was/ darling, really hit home, and offered the hope for Su that always almost peeked into Last Battle. And the way Narnia was written, it DID sound as though the children were telling the story to someone, and I've been wanting to see a fic that talked about that a bit. Really a beautiful job doing this, and I wish you would write another series for another occasion!

You brought it home beautifully! I had hoped to hear from Father Christmas, but it never occurred to me to think of something as brilliant as Father Christmas communicating with Susan. I'm a bit slow: until another reviewer mentioned it, I didn't even notice the significance of your date in terms of Lewis's life. The compassion of this letter is greatly consoling. How lovely that it gives promise of Susan being gathered into Narnia once more.

I love this last letter, and I think it's the best out of all of them. This is the only gift I think Susan can receive that will bring her closer to her wish of being reunited with her past and her family. It's a lovely way to end the story.

A lovely end to your series. (Though it seems a bit weird having the Chronicles of Narnia given as presents to one of the characters within them. On the other hand, there are similar precedents; in the second part of "Don Quixote", Don Quixote discusses the reception of the first part of his book with the other characters, for example.)

1963 was the same year that C. S. Lewis passed on, though I don't know if you had that in mind when you wrote ths chapter or not.
