Wow. That was perfectly James Bond as portrayed by Daniel Craig. I especially loved the last part, when M commented that Bond would probably change residences because she visited him. He's paranoid that way. :-)

This was very well written. Nice metaphors. I don't think that Bond would really see himself as a movie hero - but to each their own. M's quip about a hotel room not being a home led me to think it's the closest thing Bond will ever have. That he felt more at home with Vesper in a hotel than he ever will anywhere else.
