Y'know, it's well-written, but I just can't see anyone- not just Light, anyone- actually *narrating* like that. Unless they were telling a campfire story... Which Light most definitely isn't.

...What's the Wolf Man? Something tells me that I've missed out on a fairly well-known part of culture... Not a new experience, for me. -shrug-

That is the most amazing. Idea. Ever. I love how you didn't know what was really going on until the very end, and it came together so nicely.

The way this started out was, as you wanted it to be, reminiscent of a black-and-white horror film. I could see everything Light was saying in my mind, with the grainy image quality and suspenseful background music. I was looking forward to more and more of it, and suddenly there was this:

"Light shivered with his last words, and turned to face Near. The Task Force and the SPK stood silently, staring expressionlessly at the pair."

The sudden switch caused me to take a moment to compose myself, in order to get rid of the sudden case of giggles that overcame me. I had almost forgotten that Near was involved, and that surely, he would have something to say. He didn't disappoint, not with his blunt revelation of Light's cock and bull story. Go Near!

The Were-Kira! Awo! I can just picture this being made into a black and white, ye olde Universal horror style movie... that would be so awesome! If anyone reading this review happens to be handy with Flash and feels inspired enough to make an animation of this, PLEASE do! I will love you forever! But... anyways...

I love the idea for this fic - a completely new approach to Light trying to talk his way out of the situation at the Yellow Box Warehouse! All that spiel about how noble Kira's goals are, and how he is the only one who could have done it? Yawn... We want were-beasties! I'm sure that Matsuda, at least, would've bought this explanation! XD

I also love the drawings that this story spawned from. Please to be posting them somewhere! Share them with the world!
