Reviews for An Uncertain Future |

![]() ![]() ![]() While I rather like the story, I don't understand why Harry doesn't simply quit Hogwarts. He is 17, he is a legal adult. Yes, he wants to become an auror. But is that really so important? Now? He inherited so much money, he could easily take some time off and travel the world or buy himself a house and just rest for a few month. Then he could get private teachers and be homeschooled (which seems to be something that is occassionally done in the wizarding world) and get his NEWTs in this manner. And with his NEWTs he couls still apply for the Auror program if this is really what he wants. No nees to attend Hogwarts. Don't misunderstand - I love Snape and would hope he gets along with Harry. But the way he treats Harry here is just so increcdibly cruel, I do not understand, why Harry doesn't simply leave Hogwarts. He has the legal right and the means to do it. |

![]() ![]() ![]() Oh wow, hoping you eventually continue this, if only to see who it was that picked up Ginny. I also take back my comments from my previous review; it just figures that th one time I leave a review before finishing what's written is the time when an authors note addresses it immediately afterwards. I know it's been a while, but I hope you find the motivation sometime to give us at least one more chapter. If not, just know that I've thoroughly enjoyed the story thus far. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Really enjoying the character development here, just a little confused about the timeline. It begins immediately after the final battle, and McGonagall says in the beginning that they're gonna be reviewing most of the year for the people who missed. I'd assumed that it was sometime in the spring. Now it's December and almost Christmas. Did the Hordrux hunt only take a few months, and I just missed where you said it? If it's the next school year they should be 18, not 17. I feel like I'm missing out on details of the students trying to catch up on their missed courses, but at the same time appreciate the lack of focus on classes. Looking forward to the next several chapters! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Please continue |
![]() ![]() ![]() What a horrible place to stop! Great story |

![]() ![]() ![]() wow awesome story |
![]() ![]() ![]() Whatever Snape says of Harry is also true of him; he's been so beaten down all his life by people wanting to use him (on both sides) that he can't believe anything good of himself. As for Harry picking up Ginny-oops! Our friend Mr. Polyjuice is obviously in evidence...(oh, to be a barber or hairdresser in the Wizarding World!). |
![]() ![]() This is a really good story, please continue it, I'd love to know how it ends |

![]() ![]() ![]() Nice Story. 1sunfun |
![]() ![]() ![]() Cool :) One hitch perhaps, that Snape's offices and rooms would have likely been secured by more than a alohomora spell? |
![]() ![]() ![]() Wow... Sev can be one of the two main characters even dead the entire time. Impressive. |
