Poor Tim, what a hell of a first day. LoL. That was awesome, for a second their I thought Jack was gonna retcon Bobby. Things worked out though, I liked it.

With all of the strange un-decodable writing, perhaps they need someone with a cyrptology background or a linguistic background. Plot bunny says a consult with Daniel Jackson or Methos as Adam Pierson, even if they have to be retconned later (and it doesn't quite work right because of their personal experiences - Daniel ascention and Methos because he's got so many memories).

But think about it, if Jack can allow Martha or Liz to be consultants, maybe Torchwood needs to develop a formal consultant policy. This would also allow you to do more short term crossovers, rather than permanent team ones, if you like.

Liked the consult... didn't realize until the last scene that you cut away from what must have been a longer interaction.

And if it is futuristic and alien it could have nano-machines programed for a specific objective.

Good dramatization while exploring the rest of the world over time. Yes, now I get that the "voice" was Tim thinking of what he thought Ianto must think of him.

So is Tim imagining what he thinks Ianto thinks of him, or is this dust making people darker and contentious? Oh, do you have an AU to that memory alien Adam episode coming up? Might be harder for him to mess with people who now know much more about each other and have stronger relationships.

This was as close to being an original episode of TW as I've come across. I enjoyed it, I got to spend time with my favorite people, I got introduced to/learned more about new characters, and it had a satisfying ending, leaving me wanting more.

"You really have a pterodactyl, don't you?" I cna just imagine Jack, slightly peppy with that gorgeous smile. "Yep!" Haha. Poor Timmy. His definitely beats Gwen's first day. Granted Gwen released an alien onto unsuspecting Cardiff, but at least she wasn't subjected to "alien angel dust." (Great name by the way!) This fic was terrific. And it definitely could've happened to anyone.
