This is beautiful, I literally cannot think of another way to describe it. This is a friendship and admiration and respect not often explored I think. And it's gorgeous! I just...have no words. That it is Ussop who helps Zoro redirect after disappointment and failure, cannot be more fitting or perfect, and Ussop's tenderness is just so kind and loving and perhaps a little unexpected for Zoro. But he appreciates it...though in true Zoro fashion, he can't say that out loud lol thank you so much for writing this!

VERY impressive Zoro/Usopp one-shot. :D I prefer nakamaship, so it's nice that this fic could be perceived either way. I like your style; I can tell your writing skills are more advanced than most. Your descriptive language and imagery are very good as well. This was very nice; I enjoyed it a lot. :)

I've only recently entered the OP fandom, and this is absolutely the most impressing work I've read so far. Beautiful.

Yay for Zoro and Usopp moments! It's not that often that one could find these kinds of stories. But this was really sweet and hurt/comfort at the same time. Just the details, the emotions, the imagery ... just all of it was written wonderfully. You can just feel Zoro's guilt that he wasn't able to keep the promise and Usopp's concern as he simply listened to Zoro. Overall, I really enjoyed this and I hope you write more stories like this.
