I always wondered why Roger wasn't just executed again right after being resurrected.

I really love The Lady of Trebond. While I am sad that it is finished, I am happy to have read it, it was VERY well written!

I really like Kahlan already. Please do a sequel for her that goes along with the PotS timeline

While reading this chapter, I realized that of Alanna is in a relationship with Jon and Alianne and Gareth are in a relationship, and they marry, Jon and Alanna will be cousins by marriage.

The jump from Alan to Alanna was odd here. While it's cannon, there was no mention of Alanna telling Aly that Jon knew.

I loved this so so so so much... but I wonder how Gary (younger) reacted to one of his best friends mom's loving his dad... knowing him, he probably burst out laughing... :P

New favorite quote: When the others were fussing over me, you told them it was nothing to worry about. But my mother walks in, and you just stand by and let her mother me to death."

"Yer mother pays my salary. She can do whatever she wants."

I burst out LAUGHING! I like how you weaved in the events of the book, like Ralon beating her up, into it.

This is a few chapters late, but: didn't Alan love Alianna? Well, I guess it could have been the finding the promise ring that broke him...

THIS STORY WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! i loved every second of reading it, and would love to read the sequel if you ever get the writing bug again and decide to post it :D

This is a wonderful story :D It's nice that Thom didn't die. That was so sad in the series, especially since he pretty suddenly turned evil (ish) and then just as suddenly died. It's cute that Alianne and Duke Gareth got together too. I loved Alan's character by the end. I'm glad that they had that heart to heart before Alan passed on, because it gave a lot more depth to his character and he became so much more lovable. Anyways, I'm hoping to read your sequel soon!

BTW: I was so absorbed when I read your Trouble in Tortall series that I kept forgetting to review them. They were amazing. I loved the triplets' characters and how they interacted with established characters. Also I think that you were (And still are) loyal to established characters. All of your OCs in this and those stories were really very awesome. The only thing that bugs me is the fact that Alanna's mother's name wasn't Aly. But, that is small compared to the excellent things you have done.
Keep up the good work, can't wait to see what you do next!
