I wish someone wrote more Ben/Nellie fics !

I say this almost every time I review but /how/ do you do it? :O This is the most original ST fanfic I have come across thus far, and you pull it off superbly! If only the movie had really ended like this, I would have been much happier (even though as a rule I prefer Todd/Lovett). Anyway, I love the fact that Benjamin was there to calm Nellie down and reassure her that everything would be okay. I adored the part where he took her hand and promised her that nothing would ever come between them – cuteness is always something I enjoy. And when he told her he loved her…I just about squealed. I know I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again: I flippin’ love your Ben/Nellie. :D

This is how the movie should have ended. ;) This is an original idea as far as I can tell in the ST fandom, and you pulled it off wonderfully. It was really well written, as per usual, and I loved the way you characterised both Ben and Nellie. 'Aww' at him comforting her; the fluff was amazingly cute. My favourite parts were when he told her nothing would come between them and when he told her he loved her. You're the only writer that can make me adore this pairing. :D

Ah so this is what it would've been like if Benjamin hadn't married Lucy, had Johanna and hadn't been sent to prison and became Sweeney Todd. Very clever I must say...
