Reviews for Silence
AvidReader2236 chapter 1 . 2/23/2017
This one touched my heart. I'm a hard-core Deamus shipper. Are you?
yaySokovia chapter 1 . 8/22/2015
Hey, after this, Neville goes and hides in the Room of Requirement, right? If I remember correctly, that means that Seamus was...all...alone.
VanillaMostly chapter 1 . 7/28/2012
Oh Seamus... You need a HUG!
The Terrible Jester chapter 1 . 1/12/2012
:(

short, and sweet, I guess, in its own way. I liked it.
AsterLea chapter 1 . 7/22/2011
I've always loved Seamus (a party animal who tends to blow stuff up- what's not to love?), but it's nice to see his more serious side from his perspective. Great job!
IronSpockMaster chapter 1 . 6/9/2011
This was really short, but I could really feel the emotions in it, and how much his friends not being there affects Seamus.

I like the last line because it's so true. Silence is the worst part. Seamus probably hated it when Ron was snoring and Harry was muttering, but now they aren't he needs them back.
Titanlunatic chapter 1 . 1/25/2011
I never really thought about Seamus...terribly mean of me [

So short, yet so meaningful ]
PieRSquared chapter 1 . 1/11/2011
You have a real talent, making something so short into something so profound. And was that a hint of DeanSeamus, or is the fangirl in me imagining things? Heh. Great job!
RavenEcho chapter 1 . 1/4/2010
Aww, sad. I like this less common perspective.
HorribleHolly chapter 1 . 9/9/2009
Another amazing story
Becca chapter 1 . 8/12/2009
Poor seamus! I feel bad for him.
verity candor chapter 1 . 8/4/2009
Very short but powerful. Seamus' reaction is not something you think about often, but you make it a very believable reaction.
FizzyLemonade chapter 1 . 8/3/2009
Short, sweet and makes me hurt and cry. Perfect.

"Silence

It is silent in the dormitory, and Seamus hates it. Neville is there, in his four poster at the other side of the room, but he is quiet. Seamus is sure he is not asleep.

Ron’s snores and Harry’s mutterings should be keeping him awake, giving him something to complain about in the morning. Seamus had not imagined that he would miss them so much.

And Dean’s absence is something more. The quiet from his bed screams at Seamus, becomes a clamour that drives out the possibility of rational thought.

He had never known that silence could hurt so much."

So small, yet so...meaningful.

Slan,

Lady Pretty 67 (even though I'm accutly pretty ugly)
Avatar Rikki chapter 1 . 5/28/2009
That was short and sweet. I liked it.
koorimechick chapter 1 . 5/23/2009
This almost makes me hurt with Seamus. I never really thought of this point. Poor Seamus and Neville. They really are alone. This just make the scene where Seamus and Dean hug near the end of Hallows just that much more touching. ]
