I have never read the books nor seen the movies, but when I researched and saw that there was a female wolf shape-shifter, I had hoped that after that stupid b**** Bella married Edward, Jacob was going to end up with her only to have that dashed by finding out he was going to end up romantically involved with Edward and Bella's daughter. I was like, "WTH was the author thinking having him with the daughter of the girl who broke his heart by marrying his enemy?" When I found that out, it turned me off of ever wanting to read the books or see the movies. It's disgusting. Also, when I found out how sped up her age was, it was really f***** up. If this had been cannon (even though she is older than him), I would have given the movies a try at least. I can related to Leah in a few ways - mainly being the social outcast that no one wants around them. Great job!

I thought this was great. I seriously have hoped Jake would only be a friend to Reneesmee, or imprinted only to be a protector. Now that the battle is over (the talk show, that was brilliant) the imprint can end. She's safe. She can go off with the vamps. He can stay in LaPush where he belongs with Pack, family and Leah. Leah would be a challenge but fun and a good fit. Thanks for writing.

Wow! This was great! You are really good at writing Blackwater. They were in character and I fond this whole thing highly, highly amusing. I also like this theory about imprinting. I give this story an A.

Exactly. There were so many hints on this, plus the story of Leah was expounded so much, you'd think they'll end up together. But the ending was such a big insult to Jacob's character. The true Alpha imprinting on a half vampire whose family needs to leave to avoid human suspicion. A vampire will also 'muddied up' the purity of the wolf line, so how can it strengthen the pack? SM did not even give a reason why a she-wolf emerged. She just toyed withthe character and left it in limbo! Grrrr.
Plus much ado with the preparation and it fizzled out with the talk. Psssh! Ugh!
These book series are sometimes overdrawn that the writers lost steam to make a decent job on tying it all up. Sookie Stackhouse is even worse. Thank god for fanfics, we can dream of ways to fix the blunders of the original writers the way we like it.
