This was an amazing chapter. I love how cynical everyone is about the doctor. When the doctor asked what Adams' favorite food was I half expected him to glare and say,"...I like potatoes."

Oh yes. This is going to be fun indeed.

i liked that they became friends in the end, but still retained their political beliefs. The humor in this story was great, and the characterizations were spot-on, as well as hilarious

Just finished it and I absolutely LOVED it. I was practically rolling on the floor laughing about Rutledge's dandified chicken. He WOULD make an outfit for it.

And Sherman finding someone who understood his love of shoes.

But most of all, I loved Dickinson/Adams bantering and then deciding to become friends.
