This is a cute story; well-written. I'm not the biggest Clarine/Lance fan because of something you pointed out in this little story - Clarine is so young. But either way you did well by the supports and the characterization, and the little tie-in to FE7 is nice. FE6 has interesting characters, and deserve more attention.

If this is their old age, did they have kids? That might actually be an event that would get Haar's heart racing, if only a little. It would also have shown the years they'd had together, as well.

Romantic, if sad, little piece. Quite poetic in form. Enjoyed reading it. Until next time.

The ending was sad, and honestly, I did not see that one coming at all. My poor heart. It's crying now, thanks to you. Or something like that! I think you pulled off this idea really well. And I can't believe I didn't think of it first! Hahahaha!

Hey I must admit these collection of one-shots are brilliant. I especially liked the part where Elincia ended up with Ike. I believe that that is how the pairing that should have happened in Radiant Dawn at the end.

Anyways. I have a request and suggestion for a oneshot as well. Could you perhaps do an Eliwood/Lyndis pairing one-shot. That is my favourite FE7 pairing regardless of what others would say. So what do you think could you perhaps write a one-shot where Eliwood and Lyndis are paired together.

Oh and please don't write Eliwood as a weak character, just because his game stats were like that does not mean he in reality would be that weak. Eliwood is after all thought to be the greatest warrior in all of Lycia in FE6 after all. To me Eliwood is a very complex person unlike Hector, who can be best described as what you see is what you get.

You should have seen the creepy fangirl expression on my face when I got the alert for this in my inbox. You would have been proud, I mean terrified.

ALSO, COUNTRY MUSIC, YEAH. A lot of the newer stuff really turns me off to listening to the country music stations because it's just gotten bad. But a lot of the older, better-known stuff? Heck yeah. And everyone I know used to make fun of me for liking country music!

Haar's random stroke of genius (I am using the term quite loosely, here) is just hilarious. LET'S GO FISHIN'! And Jill's all, WERE YOU LISTENING TO ANYTHING I JUST SAID? I love that. The way they argue but don't really argue? So much love.

She should behave herself and not throw her fishing rod at Haar's head. As interesting as that would be.

["Shut up, you'll scare away the fish,"] YEAH JILL. YOU'LL SCARE AWAY THE FISH. Also, her resisting the urge to jump up and run away is admirable. Poor girl isn't used to being flustered. (Hmm, perhaps she should get used to it.)

Anyway, this was really cute! AND FLUFFY. How do you do it? That's it, I'm handing in my romance-writing belt for real.

You probably know this, but Manna (Kitten Kisses) and I have been having A BILLION long discussions about Haar and Jill because we're incredibly in love with them and we knew you are like the only other big Haar/Jill person on FFN so we've been DYING for you to have more Haar/Jill fic. :D And you do not disappoint!

Hmm, I unno, to me, Haar isn't really the type to get so angry, he's usually calm and laid back. But your story made some valid reasons to why he went so mad. haha.

Well that was an enjoyable first chapter, to say the least. You pinpointed each character's personalities extremely well. Each one had their own particular voice and way of talking. Congradulations on ending the chapter with one of the most funny, ironic, and original ideas I've seen for a while on this site. Fabulously done. I see that you started this work nearly two years ago, but I'll still say none the less to keep up the good work.

Okay. I'm done with that. I just got so excited that you updated that I forgot who I was for a moment.

This wasn't your best, but it was still a good read, and a wonderful warm up story. I feel like there wasn't enough build up to the end for it to be truly SAD, and it was kind of jarring. BUT YAY, because it was a good look into the mind of Lyre, and it was an update.
