I noticed that you haven't updated in nearly two years though, so hopefully this fic is only on hiatus and not permanently shelved. You are a great writer, so don't stop anytime soon.

This is just too good. I normally only read really short fics, because once they get over about 2000 words they start getting really crap and lose my interest, but I am so hooked!

To find a story with consistently plausible behaviour from the characters is such a rare thing these days... And you've really got the emotional tension thing working, without letting things get ridiculously melodramatic. Can't wait to read the rest of it! (never thought I'd hear myself say that again...)

That was an excellent story! You seemed to have captured the characters personalities really well. And I love the fact that it was told from first person POV - you really nailed it! I loved the plot and the details. You have a real talent - keep it up! This story kicked ass!

This is one of my favourite fics...it's brilliantly written...very "different" style of writing.

Oh. My. God. This is the most amazing story I have ever read. Your characters are so in character. I can hardly believe that this is a fanfic and not some alternate script for the real show. It's just so *good*. Spike thinks like he's supposed to think. Buffy thinks like she's supposed to think. And it makes perfect *sense*. This is the most wonderful story. I don't know if you're still updating or not, but if you are, please, please do some more of it.
