I've just spent a very enjoyable few days with this fic. Thank you for taking the time to write something so massive. Parts of it were very sweet, parts of it made me laugh aloud, and the action was great. I wasn't expecting so much tension in the end with hostage situation and birth happening at once, and was caught pleasantly by surprise with that. The glimpses at Keitaro as he was still in utero was really original and not something I've ever seen in fic before. I really liked Hilde's relationship with Duo, seeing each other as brother and sister. I also really enjoyed your original characters, Nurse Brown and Barney. You've clearly put a ton of research into this and it definitely shows. Great story. :)

I'm very glad I'm reading this rather incredible work long after it's finished. Otherwise I think I'd be pulling my hair out with anticipation by now.
