Nice piece! I agree with some of the reviewers. You did write this in the style of the original books. They actually sounded like Watson and Holmes. I couldn't help but imagine an angry Brett while reading this! As for Watson, I have my own version of him in mind, which looks more like the Russian Watson. ;)

I could totally see Holmes throwing a fit like that but then apologizing. I like this piece. Very Holmes-y!

You have a definite talent for writing in the canon style. And I think Holmes and watson were beautifully in character in this fic.

You're dialogue between the two flows and it is incredibly easy for me to picture them saying all these things and their actions during the argument due to you brilliant description.

I particularly enjoyed Watson's thoughts and voice in this fic.

And as ever Holmes' reactions to his writings are hilarious, this piece now adds in addition a seriousness that I have never onsidered before, but which suits it very well and makes it more real.

I wish you would write more like this bcbdrums.

I don't know if you made the 10 mark or not, I only logged in about ten minutes ago. I do know that I loved this story a lot. Holmes has a tendency to go to extrememes, doesn't he? I'm glad he apologised though.

Poor Holmes - he was rather endearing indignant. My entire sympathies however lie with long-suffering Watson. How does he put up with the man?

And then you end with a lovely piece of dialogue like that - you've made my day. Brilliant!
