Ohhh why does the night go so quickly and I can't read all your fics right now?! Another very impressive series, I like the slightly longer drabbles here because you can go into more detail, and ooch did you go into detail! Very dark and angsty, loved every part of it, reaaaally hope you have written a sequel to this, because that would be EPIC! So I shall hunt for that tomorrow, and expect more reviews from me over the next week or so as I work my way through your collection of storm hawks fics!

Okay, Piper's there. I see. That was probably a bluff then...how malevolent. Poor Finn...poor Aerrow...just...(myriad of indistinguishable noises)

One word. Angst. I want to know what happened to Piper. I do. Really.

They found him! But how?! Confusion shall be cleared as soon as I read the next chapter, I hope. Angsty euphoria. Love it.

So my laptop decided to fade to black dramatically when I finished the last line...I think that was one of the most beautiful metaphors ever. Suitably broken. It speaks volumes of the degradation of Aerrow over his course of imprisonment and I think this signifies the Dark Ace's win. I don't know. Aerrow might be defiant, but he is no longer the warrior he used to be. I love this chapter.

I think he's been set up for a thorough stripping of his dignity and title and self respect...and his general feeling towards existence in general. The story is twisted, but it's twisted in such a great way! I didn't even see this coming. Can't wait to read more.

This is too great. I loved this chapter. I don't know if I like the lack of angst, because this is more graphic than angsty. Nonetheless I love the implied method of torture. At this point, I either suspect entire mental dissociation from physical pain, or the injuries are just so severe that he can no longer feel the limbs...I don't know. I think they're breaking bones, which would disprove my second theory and prove my first. Still, going to read on. I love this.

That's so sinister. Oh goodness. I am in love with this fic. The vocabulary choice, the ending. Everything in this chapter is perfection. Love.

Deliciously angsty. This is insanely great. You communicate the torrent of emotions very well and the reader begins to feel them too. This chapter sums up that contrast mentioned in the last chapter and the general chasm that's just opened up. The ending...shattered was a great word to use.

I'm thinking Radarr, but as an afterthought, Piper has midnight blue hair. I like the idea of Radarr more though, so Radarr it is. The sheer amount of cruelty that this story amounts to, it's astounding. This chapter, especially taken in conjunction with "Late Night" just makes it that much worse. This is his newest way to break him isn't it? There's no physical harm, but now...now it's personal.

Let the insanity begin. I like that you added another character's perspective on the situation, it gives a different feel to the story- a good one that strangely brings the reader closer to the story.

I like the element of retreating into the mind, regardless of the person, but especially on Aerrow.

An intense amount of angst for such a short chapter. I think this shows the more heroic, selfless, Sky Knight side of Aerrow, because at the beginning, he was lasting the torture because he was waiting for his friends, but now, he reflects that it doesn't matter if they come for him or not- in fact, he feels it better for them not to. He accepts his own personal defeat and simply hopes that the others are well. I really like this.

Brutal. It's so cruel and it's making me inarticulate. The only way I feel like I can describe this so far is "It's so great" with a bunch of strange facial expressions and hand motions. Really like this. I think the sudden surge of painful sensation so soon after the entire lack of sensation is a contrast that reflects the two extremes that Aerrow feels. This is perfect.

Oooh this lack of physical sensation method is unconventional and different, but I like it a lot. I never saw this method coming. Ingenious.
