Brilliant fic, I love it

Leonardo... my beloved little turtle, he is the calm for Raph, the courage for Mikey, the inspiration for Donny and Master Splinter pride. Being their shield is a great point of view too. So cute little story.

Hey! I was in the mood for a ninja turtles oneshot to read, so I came to your profile. :) I really liked this one, you have excellent insight into the all the characters! I definitely see Donny as one to be able to help others, too!

I like it. I also see Don as the one able to help people and all. In my new fic (haven't posted here yet) called "By the Light of the Moon", I have Leo go to two people for help: April and Donny. April for the fact she's a girl (Leo wants to propose to his girlfriend of two years), and Donny for his understanding abilty (in that part, Leo's trying to figure out a few things: his jealousy of the 'friend' and his feelings for his girlfriend...).

Aw! *sighs* how sweet! Donny can be quite adorable.

The shield...You know, I never actually thought of Leo that way. That is a very good way to describe him. I liked how Donny explained it, too. You did another good job with this one. Keep up the good work!

Nice little Leo-Don interaction ficlet.

But I'm not quite sure that I understand HOW he frees them from "from having to worry about real life all the time". Could you explain, please?

That was VERY good! I love the introspective look that focused mainly on Leo - a character that I as well as others tend to forget - as well as the other characters without becoming too cheesey or heavy.

Also, you really did show off Donny in all his brainy glory! I too think that Donny would be the best people/turtle person and would be best at communicating, cheering up, and helping others.

As for advice? Maybe a few more short sentences to vary the structure of the story but it really isn't too necessary for this, the story was spectacular anyway!

Ah, a Don-Leo moment - my favorite! I wish they had more time to talk - I think I would have liked to have seen how you would have had that conversation progress if they weren't already late for practice. (Maybe you write 'nother sometime, yes? *hopeful look*) Anyway, I enjoyed this muchly! _
