This is amazing. :3 I love the way you took such a random subject and actually gave it some depth. And Mel's behaviour is just perfect. I love reading things like this, things that look at a specific habit and sort of expand on it. ) I'd love to see more like this; it's very well written.

Kudos. It was nicely written with it's drama but not over dramatic, liek I tend to do sometimes. :] I like how she goes back to her childhood mannorisms, and then doesn't like it. Some people tend to hold childhhod as long as they can, but she is still kinda young, and is pushing it away. Very good.

(chuckle) i thought it was kind of funny, wth the whole pop tart thing. I felt it was very well written, and a unique idea.

I like how you made Mel actually angry. Generally she acknowledges she's done something wrong or bad or childish, and moves on. I enjoy this take on her.
