I am currently taking classes in early childhood education, and even though I wouldn't consider myself knowing, I recognized most of the problems iruka mentioned from various teacher interviews. I like how you included Kakashi in this fic, and it is just amazing, how accurate it is described. Kudos!

Wow, that is a serious way of thinking. I did know that teachers do need a lot of knowledge to be able to work. BUT to that extent? Somehow, Im happy with my university teachers. Looking forward to more!

I can't help to wonder why Kakashi was in Iruka's appartment and seems to semi-live here because they didn't seems intimate or at least don't express it.

Nice...it's pretty well-written, but I wouldn't have thought Kakashi and Iruka would be somewhat of friends...? But oh well, I like both of those characters-especially Kakashi-and they're both fatherly figures for Naruto. Like it, keep writing!
