Really great job with this fic, I loved reading through the case files at the beginning of every chapter. It felt super believable as being in the Kim Possible universe from the show while also bringing a more gritty element to KP's adventures. Exactly how I'd imagine things would trend for Kim several years removed from the events of the show.

Really great job with this story! Probably my favorite portrayal of Dr. Director I've seen in any fic and Kim and Shego were super believable as well.

It's not often the plot has more of my attention than the relationship if fics like these, but yours was so good I just couldn't stop reading.

oh man wow - this story has just aged so damn well; i maybe read this a couple years back? fell in love with it hard then, still falling now :)

anyways, if it wasn’t clear - i re-read this again, for possibly the second or third time and honestly, this is one of my favourite KiGo fics out there, which now that I think about, just showcases how truly brilliant this fic is since there isn’t that much KiGo action in it.

but yk that’s just what’s so amazing about this fic, it didn’t need KiGo action every chapter to keep you hooked - it is just so fantastic and addictive to read that you almost sort of forget about that need for KiGo but obviously when we did get it, I loved every second of it. As well as this, it may have been nicer to have a few more romantic scenes with our two ladies but I can’t lie, I truly wouldn’t change a damn thing in this story.

to anyone curious about this story or perhaps wary of its age, this story as i said at the beginning of this review, aged very fucking well - like some sort of french riveria wine shit and i think it encompasses exactly how Kim and Shego and virtually any character in the KP universe is like and god damn, just stop reading my review and go read this story for yourself!

I know you probably don’t read these anymore, but I thought I’d post this just in case. I’m loving this story so far. I’ve read a lot of fanfiction where the plot is far less interesting than the romance, but you’ve actually managed to make me incredibly interested in this. You’re really good with pacing the action, and I love the details you chose to include. Your writing consistently gives me very clear mental images of what’s going on. I’m also really loving the slow and natural way you’re building the KiGo relationship. I love that they’re becoming friends first.

I think the word thatvaptly describes this piece of work is 'Satisfying'. From start to finish.

Holy smokes. Like with all fanfics I read and love, I am so late! So many twists and turns, great characterization, the perfect amount of depth to immerse the reader into the story... this story is perfect. Just lovely. Thank you so much for writing this!

Read this story, thought I should leave a review.

The cons:
I didn't like the constant use of descriptors or epithets to refer to the characters in the actual narration, as opposed to using the characters name or a pronoun. Stuff like calling Shego "the green woman" or "the former supervillain." Not that this should never be done, but in my opinion it should be done sparingly.

I also didn't like that almost every time Shego is talking to Kim she uses a nickname, usually Princess or Pumpkin. Now, Shego does use those nicknames for Kim and it is both appropriate and expected that she would here. But she does it almost every line (not literally, but it feels like that).

Those are both pretty nitpicky things though, and I'm just one reader, so if no one else is having problems with those things, is it really a problem?

The third act, them taking down Lees and Harker, seemed rushed.

The pros:
I really liked this fic. I thought the actually prose was pretty easy to read, which is always good. The characters were fairly well-characterized. At first I thought that Kim and Shego were friendly too soon and too fast, but looking back on "Stop Team Go" and the events they were going through in this fic, it only makes sense that they might become fast friends in the right circumstances. Betty was good too, but, outside of Kim and Shego, the most interesting parts of this fic were Maria and Rojo. Both their backstories and their personalities really added flavor to this story.
