You wrote this eight years ago! Wish you'd finished it. Really enjoyed the characterizations: Sam's anguished guilt and Dean's determined protection.

Just read through all 8 chapters to see... No ending!
Please tell me you plan on getting back to this story.

Man, I hope you are planning on continuing this, 'cause I love it. The episode was amazing, but it really did need some closure and this is just perfect. You got everything right, from Sam blaming himself and Dean being the practical big brother he is. I really hope you continue this, want to see how it turns out.

Oh, now I'm enjoying this ride...

Hurting, tired, emotional boys, a passel of hunters on their tails and Bobby - is there anything better! It's great to take a trip back to season two in this long, long hiatus, and so far, I'm loving the continuation of BUABS. You've really caught their voices well, in a whole range of different emotions - angry, scared, sad, and a little banter now and then to lighten things up. Before you go and whammy Sam/us with another flashback or vision, that is!

Really hope you've got another chapter coming soon!

I am really enjoying this, hope you have more coming. Love the depth of love shown with Bobby and the boys. Great Dean and Sam as brothers, friends, partners. Very insightful. I like the physical connection between them, Dean playing along with Bobby to get Sam to eat more stew and Dean following Sam out into the yard, being bossy but knowing Sam has to do this.

Looking forward to more.

Nice to see an update! Things are headed for trouble - I can just feel it. Even Bobby can't help but look at Sam in 'that manner' regardless of making the stew for him.

I think Sam should stay inside Bobby's before someone else figures out that the Winchesters are at his house...eek!
