Very angsty compared to "Definition". Your writing's so versatile! I liked the angst, and both Neji and Tenten were very in-character. I thought the ending was excellent, emotional, soft, and appropriately so.

I love how in-character they both are in your NejiTen stories, and how you write their thoughts and feelings. and that last part, with Neji wiping her tears away. Great writing.

I really loved the part about Tenten being Neji's masterpiece, and also how you captured the part of him that is such a jerk. You know, 'the women are worthless fighters, let's beat up on my little cousin for no reason, and put down those weaker than me' part? You don't see enough of that in most fics.

Yeah, enough ranting. But I loved it.

The last time I reviewed you was for "Vicissitude," and you only had that one and one other story. It's good to see you add more to the collection, especially fics of such high caliber as this one. I must admit, I've never thought of Tenten as Neji's masterpiece, and it's a wonderful, refreshing thought. How appropriate that Tenten WOULD be Neji's masterpiece. That was a stroke of genius, dear. Keep it up!

that was not cheesy at all, i love fics like that... so full of emotion! and shmexy with detail... its so sad...

I feel for Tenten. imagine losing the use of your hands! this was wonderfully written, the emotions were totally out there. makes me wonder what would have happened next. you did a really good job of keeping Neji and Tenten in character, even though Neji still had his cold feelings show through, even if it was just a little.
