An interesting twist with two likable main characters thus far (though will we see more of Dani?). I can't wait to see if the poor girl will indeed out-run her fate.

It always bothered me that the servant girl always wanted to marry the prince and she always ended up marrying the prince. I'd want to marry someone normal, someone that I could talk to and not have to worry about being assassinated. Okay, I think too much, but you get my drift, right? Anyaway, I love the story. And as for it being a knock off of Cinderella, have you read any of the so-called original stories that are actually published? Most of them are just re-tellings of classic stories. Yours may be a re-telling of Cinderella, but it has originality. So kudos!

Cool! It just show's everyone's idea of a happily ever after is different. :)

I like how her fairy godmother is comical, and not formal, like Cinderella's.
