Liana-Medea chapter 1 . 1/13/2016 A true gem for a rainy evening. I could literally see him sitting in the rain, enjoying this short escape. For nearly all people going out in the rain is easy, but for him it is nearly impossible and because of this a invaluable gift. English is not my mother tongue (German is), so this could contain any kind of mistakes. |
rezmutt chapter 1 . 4/20/2009 i find it very interesting that u write a lot about darth vader. u always seem to give a little insight to the gentle side of his character. how did u get interested in him in the first place. what sparked ur interest? |
Jedi Master Misty Sman-Esay chapter 1 . 2/27/2009 Ingeniously written |
DarthVilgore chapter 1 . 4/18/2008 Very niceley written. I love the way the author explores the thoughts and feelings of Darth Vader in a realistic and human way. |
DemonChild666 chapter 1 . 2/6/2008 Yay! Another story so quickly! Poor Vader. I know if I was stuck like that I would commit suicide in the first week, probably on the first day, so he does pretty well to last twenty years. |
skywalker05 chapter 1 . 2/4/2008 Fics about Anakin and rain or Vader-unmasked fics have been done before, but the combination of the two, Vader's point of view, and your smooth writing style make this one unique. I really like how Vader's name is never in fact mentioned; it gives a feel of realism to the piece, as do the lush descriptions of the planet and Anakin's actions. Very good piece. |
Sexy Scottish Accent chapter 1 . 2/4/2008 I came very close to tears with that one... I've always loved the rain, and this strengthens that love. |
tlw chapter 1 . 2/4/2008 How lovely, and bittersweet. |
KCS chapter 1 . 2/4/2008 O, wow - this is first-rate stuff here! At first, I thought you were talking about Luke, until the prison description started - and this really was a gem. Nicely-drawn descriptions, explorations of what started the chink in Vader's evil armor that Luke managed to exploit in RoTJ to redeem Anakin. I loved it. -KCS |
Treenahasthaal chapter 1 . 2/4/2008 A beautiful and revealing one-shot, powerfully written. |
