This is very well done. Both Kenshin and the Doctor are in perfect form and totally in character. That is some excellant writing. I am disappointed that it's just a drabble though. This story could go places if you let it. I love the idea of Kenshin being an alien. It makes total sense. Great work, keep it up.

I never in a million years imagined combining those two fandoms but I'm glad you did. Kenshin, out on a routine errand with Kaoru, and the Doctor doing what he does best, searching for aliens and running into trouble. I like then end. "We're following that one...Just as soon as I can move." Yeah for the good guys! *claps* :-D

Oh, god. I have the briefest of acquaintance with RK but this is brilliant even without that knowledge (and more so with it).

About damned time someone called the Doctor on his attitude. He is NOT always right. He doesn't have moral certainty (I'm pretty sure there is no such thing, and there never should be) and he's NOT the highest authority.

And Doctor, why do you have to assume because you got your arse handed to you on a platter that he's evil? Normal, heroic types can question you, ya know. And you could barely defeat a Sycorax but you challenge KENSHIN without even a weapon of your own? I'm doubting your intelligence here...or would that fall under common sense?

And Kenshin called it right. The sway and power that The Doctor's words have is very unsettling.

Great job.
