Wonderful!

I always thought these two would work so well as a pairing. I love Sirius' loyal romantic side and he'd need someone as formidable and compelling as Lily to inspire that kind of swooning and respect and devotion in him. It's a shame there aren't two Lilys so James and Sirius could have one each. Or I suppose three so Sev could get his happy ending too. Anyway I wish there was more fic for these two because I find them compelling as a pairing but I think everyone just discounts them because of James. So I'm glad to find this because it's just lovely.

This was beautiful and poignant and poetic and wonderful - thanks so much for sharing it. It ended on such a hopeful note, too, which is rare for a Sirius/Lily story and pretty refreshing.

Perfect. The bit in the shop wasn't my favourite, but meh. Other than that, it was brilliant. I'd like to go into more detail, but quite frankly I don't think I need to. It's enough to say that from now on there is an alternate parallel whatever in my head where Lily never did anything with James and ran away with Sirius on the back of his jealous motorbike.

really loved this story! Most sirius/lily stories don't have a plot except for the romance, so it's nice to see a bit more personality (the lethifolds and the farm). It makes me sad that she ends up with James the next year though...

Anyway, even though you wrote this ages ago, I thought I'd review and tell you how much I enjoyed it! The descriptions are god, detailed, but not in that exessively long-winded way that makes you skim/skip paragraphs.
