I've heard that JKR said something like Lucius bought & charmed his way out of Azkaban post-DH, and of that couldn't be the whole story. This is a great way for it to have happened. Were you avoiding Draco-Astoria to imply that the epilogue wasn't accurate? Actually, receding hair on Draco doesn't make much sense, surely there's a potion for that. :)
