thewiggins chapter 1 . 4/29/2018 That was adorable! Such a cute idea for a crossover. And there were some nice little bits of Pratchett style description thrown in! |
Guest chapter 8 . 9/4/2015 Just... Fantastic! Looking forward to more adventures :) |
The Wild Wild Whovian chapter 8 . 2/1/2014 Yay, I loved it! Discworld plus the Doctor equals a definite win! Now, was the book Rose was thinking of originally a real one? |
The Wild Wild Whovian chapter 5 . 2/1/2014 I very much like the polite grin with the impoliteness written all over it in very fine print. And the Doctor very definitely just put his foot in it! |
The Wild Wild Whovian chapter 2 . 2/1/2014 I like the references to the Trousers of Time and L-Space. I'm wondering how many pages there are in the Doctor's copy of Sourcery, because mine has 192 and I don't think what's at the bottom of my page 156 is what Rose just read. |
The Wild Wild Whovian chapter 1 . 2/1/2014 Squeeing internally at the library! I mean, I'm in a library so I daren't make noise, but SQUEE! Terry Pratchett! Discworld! The Librarian! *mad grin* |
Cormurmurant chapter 8 . 7/3/2011 This is perfect. Seriously. Discworld and Doctor Who at the same time. It's like a really good thing wrapped around an awesome thing with a side order of greatness. :D |
Ayjah chapter 8 . 9/7/2010 Awesome. Would love to read more of this crossover. |
Aetheriata chapter 8 . 4/9/2010 Oh, this was brilliant! I laughed a lot. I read Sorcery about 5 years ago so I had to reread some of the important facts to get everything right, but well... You catched to voices perfectly and your librarian was just as Terry's. Really, a wonderful story you have here! |
arwenae chapter 8 . 12/18/2009 Woo! You are GOOD. This was a brilliant way to explain how the librarian managed to get the books out (and the business in Ephebe). Seriously skillful cross-referencing. Well done indeed. (Now let's have another one where Wuffles stayed in the TARDIS by mistake :)) |
Taranea chapter 1 . 6/20/2009 Oh my god, this is brilliant. I can't stop giggling, neither at the sandcastle nor over the Rose's "sodding parsnips" LUV the librarian - and the only book I could have thought of that woulda been more appropriate for Rose to ask for is that 'Where's my cow?" horror that vimes reads to his son each evening. ;) |
capemaynuts chapter 8 . 12/2/2008 OK, I guess I have to go hit the library and borrow the Discworld books. Seems like everywhere I go, people are talking about them. And your wonderful story has definitely peeked my interest. |
Lilybet chapter 8 . 11/13/2008 I like it. A lot. But then who wouldn't like the Discworld and the Doctor in one place. Very well written, with a nice easy to read style. Keep it up. LB |
LoveSlashAngst chapter 8 . 1/26/2008 AHHAHAHAHAA! And isn't that always the way. Ten is ever the Short Attention Span Doctor. He's a little like an ADHD Time Lord; always have to be DOING something or GOING somewhere. *applauds* Very very cute. (And nice reversal at the end he's the one who's bored.) |
LoveSlashAngst chapter 7 . 1/26/2008 I really must say they are PAINFULLY cute. YAY! I really appreciate the tone with which you write this. It's a sort of gleeful insanity that is completely "logical" within the mad parameters of both worlds. I think TP would really like this crossover. |
