Brilliant nailed younger Vlad's thoughts perfectly. This was the first YD FanFiction story ever I believe. It started the fandom keep it up!

I've probably read this more times then any other fanfic. I love it. It inspired me to write my first fanfic. And all your stories are awesome. Don't know why I haven't done this sooner but I am now adding this to my favorites XD Thanks for being awesome.

I loved this. Great exploration of Vlad's thoughts on his family and the revelation that he is the Chosen One. It felt very in character- all the details seem to fit the story really beautifully. xo

kind of odd to apply this to a fic about a vampire but it really is. All the way through reading this it wasn't my voice i heard reading it, it was vlad's. you captured him so much in this story and i absolutely loved it.

this is the second fic of yours i have stumbled across and i had meant to go and check out your stories laater to see if they were worth subscribing to but now i see i don't even need to do that, they are brilliant. look forward to reading your stories in the future :)

Hi! I've got addicted to Young Dracula just recently, and visiting one of IMDB foruns I've found this link to your fic. It's really great to find some fics from the show, here in Brazil (my country)the show is in its first season still, but I do hope to see all of the episodes.

I really liked your fic, young Vlad lives a kind of split life, divided in two, I hope he finds his right path till the end of the series... nice work!

A few typos and grammar errors, but overall absolutely brilliant! I loved the way you portrayed Vlad and gave him a little more depth in his past. You really got his personality to a T! *sighs* I can't believe you are the only person writing a Young Dracula fanfic! I really want to do one myself, but I've already got 3 in progress, not to mention my hiatus ones, and starting a new one now will just let everyone down in my other fandoms. But the idea just won't leave me! I've got a whole bunch of them.

Also, any idea how to make a new catagory for YD in the TV section? Do you have to e-mail a mod? Also, I'm going to assume you are the one who does all the videos on Youtube? Great job. You inspired me to do my own.

Please do some more Vlad one shots. He's such a great character to explore! And maybe some Robin ones as well. Since Robin gives us a breather perspective. Like I said, I'd do them myself, but I'm just so busy! *sighs*

Hooray for Young Dracula and hooray for your writing abilities! Vlad and Ingrid are really complex characters, which children's TV needs at the moment. A wonderful piece of writing.

It's been a long time since i've been on because i usually find fanfiction on more specialist or rec sites that link elsewhere, and despite writing my own fics on this site, i've forgotten my login, oops :P but there seems to be no specialist or rec sites for young dracula fics, infact i'd go as far as to say you are the FIRST ever fanfiction writer in this fandom, how does it feel?

I salute you for being a pioneer, and i salute you in your writing ability. i'd salute you for your originality, but its a little hard not to be original this time...but it was a very interesting concept. hopefully with the increasing populalarity of yd we will see other authors write more too, but i look forward to reading more from you.
