It's interesting reading a fic from before everything

I could see Hidan doing that kinda crap Itatchi is doing, but not Itatchi.

Long review.
The summary and the first chapter is different from each other. I like the backdrop of her having to forced to marry. I am getting the feeling this is going to be very interesting.

There are some parts that feels like it have too many unecceary describing words. Like when she are about to take a bath. She mentions twice that likes lavendel, when its already established. Its important to move on and not get caught up in describing too much, else the reader might lose attention.

Completly trusting someone you barely knows, immediately, sounds dangerous. I feel like there should be a gradual building up trust between the two characters. Give them time, to get to know eachother. Let her be careful and skeptical at first to this man she cannot see. She is a shinobi, so shouldnt it be logical that she will be hestiant to trust him? In the Shinobi universe, you never know who's your enemy. But this is the first chapter, so I will see what happens.

I do like that you write how shy, insecure, and fragile Hinata is feeling. And how hard she is trying yet falters in staying strong. And even she, has things she does not tolerate.

Try to use shorter sentrences, and more break commas " , " . It will make it easier, to read the long sentrences.

Itachi felt abit too sadistic and charming to be Itachi. That is more like Kabuto to be. Itachi is stoic, and doesnt try to be dramatic or play with his enemies.

Five years after discovering this fanfiction and it is still one of my favorites.

Her so-called "friends" (like Ino and Tenten) really suck: blaming this on her, when she's the one who suffers/will suffer the most from this mess!

I feel like Tsunade made a grave error by sending her on this mission, because, as much as I love Hina, she's not strong enough to take on an Akatsuki by herself. Especially not, since she hasn't been looking after herself, something a doctor like Tsunade would have recognised.

I saw a few typos, mostly in the authors note, but overall pretty good, if you say that in this AU Itachi is more of a/acts his role as more of a (Censored), the Sasuke Retrieval Arc was not as extensive, and the Akatsuki never shifted their plans in to high gear when Naruto got back from training.
