This story was very well written I was impressed. Even with the different scenes it was confusing. I did feel the whole sleeping with Imhotep was a little forced in to the story but that's just my opinion. And Arnold Vosloo is hot but strictly an Oded Fehr fan here.

Wonderfully written story!

I know this story has been around for a while but I just found it a few days ago and, having finished it now, I felt I must comment on it. This is, quite possibly the absolute best story I have EVER read. I'm sure I've said something to that effect before, but that was before I read this one. WOW! Well written, in character AND you made me feel sorry for Imhotep! Bravo! I LOVE this story! I'm glad you wrote the epilogue also. It sort of gives the story closure. Great job!

Great story. I really enjoyed it. I love the Ardeth/Evey pairing and you kept everyone in character very well. Your lines for Jonathan were especially spot-on, I cracked up, it was great comic relief, just like in the movies. Well done!

Anyway, I have always been more intrigued by unconventional pairings, especially Ardeth/Evelyn. It's not easy to find fic about these two together, not to mention good fic so your story was a real delight. I liked your characterization of both the canon characters and your original ones. Your idea to bring Rameses into this was, IMHO, excellently done. For a moment there I was in all honesty afraid you would let Jonathan remain dead. I liked how you portrayed the emotions of the characters and how you showed the complicated and often confused feelings of both Evy and Ardeth. You spun an interesting and convincing tale - I enjoyed reading it very much. Thank you. :)
