I'm torn between my feelings about Damyan. I love that he has so much caring for Severus and his Brotherhood and will fight for them. However I do not like his hatred and obsession with Dumbledore. Especially the reasoning for his hatred. It seems like this dude is more pissed off about Ariana's death than her OWN FREAKING BROTHERS are, and he wasn't even there! Like dude, that accident didn't have shit to do with you, chill out3

So I'm guessing that Damyan's insane hatred of Dumbledore is because of the accident that happened with Ariana that he heard of with Gellert and he's triggered.

Love this story wish I knew how it was going to end.

I simply ADORE your Albus! This story is so sad I almost cried, but it's beautiful too. I mean somebody finally wrote Dumbledore properly, pointed out his very real flaws but still managed to make him sympathetic and not a heartless bastard. Half the time I wanted to punch him and the other half I wanted to give him a hug.

39 chapters... 39 amazing chapters and no more... :( please, I know is been some time since the last update- five years - but I am not losing the hope of seeing the story ended... please, really want to know how this is going to end.

I'm really happy, that I got over being the squick about the pairing(Snumbledore?)and the Mpreg and read this. This is a really awesome story and I'm sad, that it will likely stay abandoned.

Still, there is so much wonderful stuff here: all the OC's, Aberforth's growing goat, the Great Albus Dumbledore getting called 'the local school teacher' and of course, Severus heartbreaking fate.

It's also one of the rare stories, who makes the whole 'wizards live longer' thing actually believable and it's refreshing NOT having those nosy kids underfoot all the time for a change.

Thank you very much for a very engaging tale, even if it never gets finished.

Excellent chapter. And yes, I know how far behind I am in reviewing (hangs head in shame, but lifts it again to take another peek...).

Still didn't do anything about it, though, did he? And for all that Albus thinks that Severus deserves the truth, he still doesn't especially want to hear or say it.

There's so much in this chapter to enjoy. I especially liked how Filius took over Snape's protection-*and* Katerina's (I think it was Dumbledore's failure to care about Katerina at all that made Snape say what he did about Azkaban).

And...there's something wonderful about Remus finally growing a spine and wanting to spend his dying declaration for Severus' sake. Let's hope his efforts aren't wasted, and that he makes a few true statements on the stand.

Nessie is adorable. I have a nice house if she doesn't need a new Master, hint hint.

The end...the end of magnificent. Snape is a true mother to his child. He's willing to accept the posh imprisonment (no door to the outside hall of his little apartment, is there?) so that Ariana can survive to be born. Shai Dorsai.

I still love this story and I keep hoping you'll finish it! Please consider a few more chapters.
