That is amazing. You build up the layers so well, it had me in tears by the end.

The slight randomness is so Cohen, but the way she changes the subject sometimes when it gets too close for comfort is pure Ryan.

WHOA THAT WAS DEP!

Hey there, I really meant to get a review in earlier on this, because I read it quite a while ago. It just left me a bit wrought-up. It's so tragic. You cruel you. Then again, this is not the first one of your fics I've cried my way through. :-) And I guess the ones that bring out the emotions are the ones that really make an impression and make me think you're even more awesome. I think I especially love the part with Ryan and Hannah, and the feeling that the little girl is taking the place that should have been Sophie's. Even more tragic is that nobody can really understand her, because they weren't there and they weren't the ones that were forgotten. *sniff*

OMG, so this was superlong, but I LOVED every second of it. Every line, the way you slowly built up to tell us what happened... I LOVED it. Great job!

Sophie's descriptions were great. I love how she could manipulate Ryan so easily and the idea of him on roller skates brought a grin to my face. LOL at Seth's "release me. I'm a pacifist". The part with the jaguar man had me cringing for Ryan in anticipation. I also loved the way Summer explained comas to small children and Seth's "Mr. Frank and Mrs. Stein". God, poor Ryan but I loved the reason for the threes. Excellent story.

WOW! simply amazing! this is so realistic. its weird because when i was about this age my brother blacked out in a parking lot, and an ambulance came and stuff. it seemed like an eternity, and nobody told me anything other than "hes unconcious". i didn't know what that meant and i remember thinking he was gonna die. People should really tell the little ones what's going on. Poor Ryan though, he can never catch a break.

(okay my first review got submitted accidently before I was finished) I read this last night and just reread this it was so sad but a great story. I think you should make one with Ryan dealing w/ rehab and that type stuff.
