| Aeromance chapter 1 . 7/16/2011 BOOM! There it is. Great ending dialogue. It all felt really in-character and "real". The only part for me that was a bit of a stretch was the anal sex on the first night with two boys with their first gay lust going on and all BUT the power of teenage boy hormones knows no bounds. You did this amazingly well and took my breath away (from amusement, embarrassment, and good sex descriptions). I feel there is a defined art to writing a good handjob scene and you have it. Oh, you can write out full-on sex and everyone knows shit is getting serious, but it takes skill to write basically mutual masturbation and put all of the raw EMOTION that comes with it into your writing. Thank you for staying so true to this part of the book. The scene was believable and outrageous at the same time. When Ron was embarrassed; I was embarrassed. I keep wanting to say that this story was beautiful. I guess an awkward, uncomfortable beauty in my mind. |
