I totally cried at the end of the story! The I realized something: Maron died exactly the same way as the real Jeanne d'Arc: She was burned alive.
Anyway, I love it!

oh gosh... you know... after reading that... i really feel like i want to cry... it was so sad... and it touched me so hard... it really shows that it's never too late to admit loving someone... and that sometimes the most touching event of our lives is when we kind of least expect it to happen... that the only thing certain in life is its uncertainty... that things will not stay the same for a long period of time... that life will someday be cruel to us and take away what we cherish most...
