I love your fic. Your Aeris was characterized perfectly. I absolutely adored her. Sometimes I feel like I'm drowning in all the angst FF VII gives off, so when I see Cloud acting funny or dorky I can't help but cherish the moment. He really is adorable. You did a wonderful job.

finally someone who agrees with me that cloud isn't supposed/meant to be the angsty /emo person he is often depicted around the fandom and, sadly, in AC and spin-offs of the original FFVII game. Oh my gosh. Words fail me to describe how much your fic made me GUSH. I resisted many attempts to jut a finger at the screen and go "YES YES! THIS IS CLOUD! THIS IS THE CLOUD I REMEMBERED SO FONDLY IN THE CANON FFVII GAME! THE SAME CLOUD THAT RODE THAT STUPID CHOCOBO AND LOOKED LIKE A FOOL! AND THE SAME ONE THAT ONE "LET'S MOSEY" AND ON SO MANY ACCOUNTS MADE ME ROFL WITH ALL HIS WEIRD COMMENTS AND GOOFY ACTIONS!"

I loved you so much for managing to see beneath all that ice he's around his facade, for managing to capture that genuine side to him so accurately in a fic, and for allowing aerith - the warm lovely lady she is - to be the one to see through all that and remind us fans that Cloud really in the end, is still that goofy, overgrown, mixed - up kid.

Nobody could EVER forget that chocobo scene of Cloud springing into the air like a two year old.

And you did just that - capturing him so perfectly in here. A million kudos - you deserve all of it.

Oh my. . .I don't think I've laughed so hard all day. The image of Cloud on the chocobo doing his victory dance. . . priceless! You're right though, people tend to forget about how goofy and weird Cloud can be- and that's part of what makes him such a lovable character, not just his angstiness. I really enjoyed this fic!

Wow. This is not only amazingly written, but everyone is also so in-character. This story like like an enhanced scene from the game itself. Finally, I love how you're able to capture the other side of Cloud, the side most people don't or won't see. Again, wow, I literally have no criticism.
