Reviews for Always Lily
EMMA chapter 1 . 1/5/2008
that was the saddest greatest thing i've ever read! the whole 'just take care of yourself Auriga' thing had me almost crying i thank you for your beautiful ending. Severus Snape is my hero, may he rest in peace and find his one true love
SalemSmile15 chapter 1 . 9/1/2007
That was very nice. I especially liked the part at the end with the lily on the coffin. And you don't see many stories told in first-person narrative anymore...I quite liked how you did it. You're a very good writer!
Besarien chapter 1 . 8/30/2007
What a lovely piece! Very nicely written and so sad. Truly I hate the idea that he had only Lily. She just never seemed worthy of that level of obsession ( if anyone is.) I really enjoyed seeing Snape through Sinestra's POV.
Laseri chapter 1 . 8/11/2007
Wow, this Snape/Sinistra thing is really firing you up, isn't it? Aww, poor Severus. And poor Auriga. Poor everyone THEY'RE ALL DEAD WA!

...yes.

Anyway, I liked this, it was sort of resigned and loving all at the same time. *sniffle* Parting is such sweet sorrow...
cecelle chapter 1 . 8/11/2007
That was so sad (especially the last few lines.) This works well as a companion piece to "Lamentations." I very much like the idea that he didn't die without someone thinking well of him, without knowing himself vindicated in at least one person's eyes. Thanks for writing!
ASDHIWLTIJK chapter 1 . 8/10/2007
*Snuffles*

Terribly sad. And sweet. And...oh, terribly sad.
whitehound chapter 1 . 8/9/2007
Very sad and well done, and I suppose Sinistra might well think that he had thrown away his chance with Lily by joining the DEs because she hasn't actually seen the memories, in which Lily never really gave him a chance. From waht we see, things started to go wrong when his promise to Dumbledore meant he couldn't tell Lily her new friends were seriously dangerous, he couldn't say "It's not speculation, I know Lupin is a werewolf, I've seen him transform, and I know Sirius is a potential murderer". So she thought he was just being stupidly possessive, rather than seriously concerned for her safety.
