This is BEAUTIFUL. You completely captured them perfectly. So strange that the show let a relationship with such potential die.

I mean, I can't say I would have reacted to her prodding the way he did, but their relationship is great - this established thing with lots of mutual respect and love and a warm sense of safety.

I think this might be one of my favorites from you! It's lovely, fluffy banter... but with actual substance! The way you write is just so beautiful. If you wrote a novel, I think I would scour bookstores across the world to find it. Once again, amazing!

This story is so beautiful it hurts. It makes me feel sad and nostalgic and jealous all at the same time. I want to leap into your story and live there but I can't and I want to have Jess and Rory back on my screen just like this but I can't. It's everything they could have been and wont except through your wonderful writing. It's been years but I still adore them as a couple and I have your superb endevours for solace and comfort. Dear God,this was wonderful. The writing was top notch and Rory and Jess couldn't have been more in character. In my mind,I will forever consider this officialy what happened to them after the show.:)

I do not agree with the reviews that are calling your story "sweet" or "cute." Because for me, this oneshot was a truly outstanding example on your part of the complex and utterly tragic, the dark yet beautiful connection between the characters that was hinted at but ultimately ruined in the show. For you to be able to express with such profound brilliance in your diction and style and loyalty to the character's personality astounds me. I have found perhaps four writers on this addiction of a website that have a true gift of words, and you are by far the best I have read. I fancy myself a writer, too, and I admire your unique style and mastery of dialogue to no end. The emotion in all of your stories is gripping. Seriuosly amazing. Plus, the references made in this story and on your profile are absolutely things I dig, so I respect you even more for that! Please never cease to write, whether it be fanfiction or your own novels (which by the way would be wonderful). Ah, I just love it!

Not to be redundant, but this story is beautiful. And that doesn't even begin to describe it. Trust me, I am hugely picky-so much that I am most likely obsessive compulsive... actually, I am obsessive compulsive, but that's beside the point-and Orange Striped Sheets is absolutely amazing. The depth to this story has me in awe of your ability to write. I am such a fan of all your writing, you have amazing talent, and I am-for lack of a better term-insanely jealous. Everything about this story... the style, the sweetness, the beauty, the love... it's perfect, absolutely perfect.

it says just chapter 1 so are you planning on continuing the story? i hope so but if it not, may i plead that you write more post-finale lit stuff, JUST LIKE THIS? because your talent is too good to be sitting doing nothing and it would make my world to read more pieces like this style with the same subject.
