Oh, that's just...wow. I love it. I love it so much. The ending especially - the Gallifreyan symbols and him knowing what it meant but now how he knew - was all brilliant. And Martha! Asking the right questions at the right time, just as always.

That was poignant, there's no other word for it. So much pain, so much power locked up inside John Smith...You captured the Doctor's pain through the dreams of someone who can't understand the tragey that lives inside him, but is able to voice it. The Doctor wouldn't admit he wanted to die that day. John Smith can say he did.

Nice story and great tie-in to Daleks of Manhatten and Evolution of the Daleks.

I am kind of confused by the refrence to night and the image he drew but a nice read.
