oh gosh. oh my gosh. i'm a sucker for anything about regulus, but oh my gosh. this killed me. i like how you made marlene older (i'm guessing she's magda's mom?), it's not something i've read before! and the story about slytherin's son and hufflepuff's daughter sounded like something jkr would write, good job! i really like this story, it's well written and fleshes out a character that we don't get to hear a lot about.

Sad and beautiful. I love the Hufflepuff's daughter fairytale and how Regulus' story parallels it.

Even the Grimm fairty tales have some sort of happy ending

The Hufflepuff/Slytherin fairy tale was really interesting, and really creative, and I liked the ending of this one-shot.

Every single one of your stories that I have read made me cry. I love the feeling of crying. It reminds me that everyone has a source of vulnerity.

Oh, this is great, it really is. The perfect amount of angst for me, and I love the dynamics between Sirius and Regulus. I always think that their relationship and what people think of them is interesting. I like the ties to the founder and the story. It's all very well mapped.

God. I really want to cry now. I'm very atached to Regulus, and to Salazar as well, and you can rest assured that i love your writing because I normally don't keep reading if Salazar isn't portrayed... kindly. But this is mind-blowing.

love the fairy tale- who doesn't love fairy tales?- there is something in them that just rings so true, that touches on something excellent. interesting invention of Magda- good name and semi-canon, McKinnons plural- and her description and the lines about him, sirius and her are excellent. so cute how regulus tries to impress her (by punching james! :P) the description of the mckinnon's death is also great- set in fairy light and evergreen... (i wonder how this links in to your view of martin and marlene... if it does, b/c plot bunnies can be diff.- and the maybe-pairing w/ sirius? what with the consolation )

sad, perfect close- no hope of happily ever after, great linking of the two stories, great character view of regulus- even wishing she was safe and married to sirius - true love :( - just such a full, rich story
