Yeah, that’s true. This is the only Jack/ Becket story I could ever find in here and though I’m not a great fan of Becket but as long as it’s not Jack/Will I guess I’d love it. That pairing just grosses me out and the only one that I’ve found worth reading is Dead end Angels by Mamushi. But please don’t abandon your story. It was good so far and I’m curious to know what’ll happen the next. Up-date soon cuz I’m way too impatient to read good stuff.

My first reaction: Wait. Beckett. Jack. What?

So Beckett is a pirate hater and killer because Jack broke his heart. Talk about revenge. Now there's a man who takes it seriously, hmm? And straight-faced, too? Especially to a nine or ten-year-old kid. Adding him was a nice touch, by the way.

Write more! Is the boy he's talking to the cabin boy from the beginning of AWE?

It's pretty much a given, that Beckett has more history with Jack than just that branding.
