No, but seriously, a very wicked idea for a oneshot; I liked how you mentioned that predominately, most RemusSirius fics are complicated, epic-length should I-shouldn't I fics (which I love) - but it does seem sometimes to be more in Sirius' nature to just go for it! Remus' reaction made me laugh quite a bit, too :)

A delightful little scene. Excellent dialog. Good characterization. Wonderful ending line- ties everything together quite neatly.

I think my favorite part (of the non-dialog) was this: "Sirius didn’t delay in not thinking. He stood up and took two short strides over to Remus. Bending down on his knees just below Remus’s eye level, he looked up at his friend. Remus continued to read, ignoring Sirius’s presence. After living with Sirius for six and a half years, you learned how to pay no attention to Sirius’s usual antics. But Sirius, being the inhibition-less Marauder he was, snatched the book out of Remus’s hands and threw it onto the ground. Before Remus could launch into his lecture about respect for library property, Sirius leaned up slightly and pressed his lips to Remus’s in a sloppy, wet kiss."

Sirius attempted not to gape, but failed miserably. “You are blatantly going against reason.”

“So you’re going to kiss me again?”

Aw. So good. Remus seems very in character to me, like perfect, even though you wouldn't expect him to be okay with all this in front of everyone. It's something about the way you have him speak that's just so... him.
