No offense, but this really didn't seem anything like Twilight. Stephenie never uses words like "fuck" or "ass" in her books, yet you seem to do that every other sentence.

I mean, "True love is a bitch."? Sure, that sounds like Bella. (Sarcasm used)

Also, it is impossible that a being in vampire transformation would be able to "doze off" from a syringe. It could never happen, therefore you should've explained the transformation more thoroughly.

Cute idea, though completely out of character.
