It's such a wonderful and original idea to have Elizabeth write out her thoughts in a letter to her mother. And I do love reading about her frustration with her feelings towards Will. Great story!

Aw, very cute and sweet, and yet sad because of who the letter is addressed to. I particularly like the second fantasy (be careful what you wish for, Elizabeth!). "Perhaps I just enjoy inventing reasons for Will to kiss me," is a particularly good line. I love it!

Aw, cute! I love it! Hm... "Instance the Second", or somethign similar to it, may happen sooner than Elizabeth realizes... :)

I've often wondered at what sort of relationship Elizabeth had with her mother, and so reading fics that explore it in any size, shape or form are very intriguing to me.
